When is the best time to schedule maternity pictures?
It's best to contact your photographer at the beginning of your pregnancy. Booking your photographer at this time ensures that you get the dates that work for you schedule around the 32week mark of your pregnancy.
What to wear for a pregnancy photo session?
Wearing comfortable cloths is always a must. I usually recommend wearing loose fitting dresses but if you choose to wear a tight form fitted dress be sure you and breath and feel comfortable moving around in it. I normally recommend wearing neutral colors as these go best with my editing style. Wearing pinks and blues aren't necessary.
What should my husband and family wear to my maternity photo session?
Try to stay away from shorts and tight clothing we'll me moving a lot so you need to be comfortable jeans and khakis with neutral-colored tops. Try to stay clear of large logos, bright colors and bold patterns. I recommend sticking to neutral colors and light patterns as they help keep the eye on the subject which is your belly.
Do dad/siblings have to be in the pregnancy photos?
Of course not. you can do photos of only you and your belly if that's what you choose.
Do you offer some sort of package for booking both pregnancy & newborn photoshoots?
Actually, I do! If you choose to book your maternity session with the Le Grand package the Newborn photo session fee is covered. Of course, the Le Grand photo package comes with a very large photo print but if you prefer not to have that large of an image from your maternity photoshoot it can be converted into print credits for smaller images.
